There could be several things to cause vibration in the front end. With the car parked, grab the top of each front wheel and try rocking it (pulling out then pushing in on it). It should not have any play in it--not rock on the spindle. If it does, have the bearings and races checked and wheel nut properly torqued/installed. Grab the front and back of each tire and try turning it back and forth. If you feel any play, it could come from any worn part in the steering system. Have a helper rock the tire while you watch the components of the system to see what is loose. Check the idler arm to make sure it is not worn. Have the tires inspected for uneven wear. Have the front end alignment checked.
